I have attended more than 160 conferences, courses and seminars on Public and Private Law in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, the United Kingdom and South Korea.
I have presented more than 40 conferences in Argentina (Mar del Plata, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Santa Fé); Netherlands (Leiden and The Hague); and Brazil (Río de Janeiro).
I have written and published more than 130 articles on Public and Private Law, and fourteen books on Human Rights, Law and Environment and International Law.

2009-2010. I conducted my research on International criminal law and al Qaeda leading to my PhD, at the University of Roehampton, Southlands College, Queen Building (Room QB115), London. At the time I was invited as academic scholar to deliver classes on the subject of Public International Law, Faculty of Law, Roehampton University, UK.
